All items are shipped via Australia Post standard parcel service.

$4.95 flat rate on all orders within Australia
NEW ZEALAND WIDE
$9.95 flat rate on all orders to New Zealand
UNITED STATES AND CANADA WIDE
$9.95 flat rate on all orders to the US and Canada
INTERNATIONAL
$14.95 flat rate on all international orders.
DELIVERY
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Depending on your location, please allow 1-5 working days for delivery after order has been dispatched. Goods are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receiving order.

Please contact us if your order has not arrived after 14 days. Any out of stock items will be noted as such on our site.

All amounts listed on website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
PAYMENT
Order and Pay Online Securely Our SSL security system ensures your credit card and contact details are safe and secure. All data is secured by 128 Bit SSL and processed in Real Time via our Secure Payment Gateway provided by Westpac.
All online Transactions are handled directly via Westpac’s secure online merchant facility. For your security, we have no direct access to your credit card information.

RETURNS
Unused products may be returned for refund within 10 days of receipt of order, Original shipping cost cannot be refunded. Faulty or damaged goods may be returned for replacement or refund.
